I'm excited to announce our Concept-Only Design Service at Designs by Darcy. This package is ideal for those looking to explore new design possibilities and begin their renovation journey with clarity and confidence. Packages start at $6,000.00 per room (Kitchens start at $8,000.00 depending on the amount of detail)

Our goal is to unlock the potential of your home and provide a roadmap that guides you seamlessly through the execution phase of your project. These designs help you streamline the renovation process, ensuring you're prepared and informed before moving forward. You’ll have the certainty to avoid potential pitfalls and make confident decisions every step of the way.

This service allows you to see the transformation of your space come to life, providing you with an innovative vision that fits your unique style and needs.

Here’s what’s included in the Concept-Only Design package:

- 2-hour site visit to measure your home, discuss your design aesthetic, and prioritize the functionality of your space.
- Two 3D layout plan options to help you visualize the design direction.
- Ideas for finishes, furnishings, and fabrics (without specific product selections).
- In-person presentation meeting where we’ll review everything in detail.
- Printed PDF presentation with 3D renderings, inspirational images, a scope of work outline, and next steps for your project.

Following the site visit, our design plans are typically presented within 4 weeks, depending on the size and scope of your project.


Payment Terms
- We require a 50% payment upfront to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 5 days before the presentation meeting.
- Payments can be made via check, credit card.

How do we get started?
- Confirm the areas of your home you wish for us to redesign.
- Review and sign our contract to ensure you fully understand our process.
- Collect a retainer payment.
- Schedule our next appointment to commence services.

Revision Policy
We offer one revision with up to three changes, and revision requests must be submitted within 2 weeks of the presentation meeting. The typical turnaround time for revisions is 7-10 days, and they will be sent electronically. Any additional or late revision requests are billed by the hour.
